WING OFFICERS

WING OFFICERS Wing Staff Officers are uniform members of Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) who are appointed to dedicated roles to support the Wing. Some Wing Staff Officers form the Wing Senior Management Team led by the Wing Commander, their role is to manage the policies and direction of the Wing. Other staff are hold dedicated posts to the Wing, some officers will also be supernumerary on squadrons. There are also a number of Wing appointments which are held by CFAVs whose primary role remains with their squadron.
